Greeting

We JUSCPA (Japan Society of US CPAs) are the organization comprised of members who successfully passed the U.S. certified public accountant examination. Since it was inaugurated in 1995, our mottoes are "a continuing professional education", "a networking", and "a contribution". The members are playing an active part in various fields in our society, such as group study, writing books, lecturing, and networking.

The CPA in the U.S. is not to just function in auditing company but to in many fields such as in the industrial world, and make weight as accountants being professional. Moreover, under the newly enacted Sarbanes Oxley Act which requires each company building various effective frameworks for corporate governance, this surely an area which proactive participation of CPA is a must. Japan is heading to same direction.
