The Japan Society of U.S. CPAs (JUSCPA) is the nationwide organization of U.S. CPAs who are principally employed or reside in Japan.

The JUSCPA was founded in Tokyo in 1995, and currently has more than 300 members in business and industry, government, education and accounting firm throughout Japan.

The JUSCPA is committed to enhancing the value of the U.S. CPAs in Japan and supplying information to its members.

JUSCPA membership requires;
Certification/license from the board of accountancy by any state or the evidence passed entire 4 sections of uniformed CPA examination in any state of USA.
Compliances to the ethical standards by each member's board of examiners and AICPA.

Members network at meetings, events and study groups.
Members receive news and information that keeps them current in International Accounting through the JUSCPA web site (public and members only) and e-mails.
